DOUBLE NEST tote box in Euronorm format (400 x 300 x H 315 mm - 22,5 liter). The DOUBLE NEST is a stackable-with-lid and nestable tote box, providing up to 70% space saving when nested. The lid opens in two halves. The tote box is fitted with label holders, sticker areas and various sealing options.

In the open position, both the tote box and the open lid halves can be nested into each other to save space. The lid halves hang completely vertically and flat against the tote box. This construction saves additional space and makes the lid sections less vulnerable.

DOUBLE NEST tote boxes feature almost straight walls for optimal use of space. This is achieved through the stepped wall construction, which is considerably less tapered than that of comparable tote boxes. At the same time, the intelligent stepped wall design provides excellent stability and impact resistance.

Thanks to the standardised dimensions (400 x 300 mm), the loaded tote box combines well with standardised pallets, transport trolleys or roll containers. When the lids are open, some additional stacking space must be taken into account. This remains very limited, however, because the lid halves also nest into each other.
