This enables, among other things, use in autoclaves for steam sterilization. The Comp 21/22 material does not absorb moisture and is approved for ultrasonic cleaning.

Techtray product tray in the  compound 21/22 with a high heat resistance and suitable for cleaning processes with water/soap, organic solvents as well as alcohol. This compound doesn't absorb moisture and is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning installations. The dimensions 425 x 276 mm of the Techtray are derived from the internal dimensions of the commonly used Schäfer 2-size containers and cleaning baskets. This guarantees a problem-free integration into existing logistics and cleaning systems.

The variogrid workpiece carrier 600 x 400 mm from Comp 21/22 excels with even greater chemical and thermal resistance, therefore meeting the higher requirements in industrial parts cleaning. Among other things, this allows for use in autoclaves for steam sterilization. The comp 21/22 material doesn't absorb moisture.

Variogrid product tray without edge in size 550 x 355 mm suitable for almost all stacking bins and cleaning baskets with external dimensions 600 x 400 mm. Manufactured from Comp 21/22 material and suitable for cleaning with water/soap and organic solvents and alcohol. Comp 21/22 doesn't absorb moisture. It is not recommended for use with acids. The Variogrid base plate can easily be shortened to smaller dimensions for different sizes bins and baskets.
