UN-approved pallet box CB1 – 1200 × 800 mm – UN code 4H2/Y – red

Red plastic pallet box (1200 × 800 × H 740 mm – 470 liter) type CB1 with a grey pallet lid. This impact-resistant plastic pallet box on three pallet runners is supplied with a matching fit-on lid and is secured using two tension straps. The CB1 box is produced in one piece by injection moulding, making it exceptionally robust. The lower wall panels are additionally reinforced with a heavy rib structure, acting as a buffer against impact damage from trucks or forklifts. This makes the CB1 an ideal pallet box for hazardous goods. The CB1 has UN approval for medium-dangerous goods (code Y) and is approved for the transport and storage of solid dangerous goods from packing groups II and III, including lithium batteries and rechargeable lithium battery packs (not critically defective). The box complies with the regulations laid down in ADR for road transport, as well as the requirements for transport of dangerous goods by rail (RID), by sea (IMDG Code) and by air (IATA-DGR).
