What is the quality of ECO regranulate?

The products in our ECO line are manufactured from first-class homogeneous HDPE regranulate. The material comes from a single source of high-quality HDPE residue. The regranulate meets the strictest quality standards. Any impurities are removed from the material during the cleaning process. This results in a final product with high material purity and an exceptionally high and consistent quality. These high-quality ECO pallets are much less prone to breakage and splintering than pallets made from heterogeneous granulate. What is mixed granulate?

Mixed granulate is recycled plastic with a different material composition than ECO regranulate. As the name suggests, various types of plastic are used for mixed granulate. This mix of heterogeneous plastics and fractions undergoes a recycling process in which the material is cleaned, ground and processed into regrind. This regrind, consisting of a plastic mix, is then used directly for the production of plastic end products.

Plastic products made from mixed granulate are more prone to breakage than ECO products. Mixed granulate products, on the other hand, are more economical to purchase. We supply export pallets and medium pallets made from mixed granulate. These pallets are intended for single-use or semi-single-use applications and for less demanding uses.
