Hulkenberg BV has been a part of the Transoplast Group for decades. It operates in the Dutch market under the name Hulkenberg, while in all other European markets, it operates under the name Transoplast. This structure has evolved historically.

The Transoplast Group is a family-owned business led by Wim Menting and Erik Hekkers. Several years ago, the transition to a new generation was initiated. Sander Menting will take over the day-to-day operations of the Transoplast Group in a few years, and other family members will gradually assume leadership positions.

To establish a clear identity as a whole group and to operate powerfully in the digital world, a decision has been made to adopt one company name across all markets: Transoplast. With this change, the motivation and strength of the entire (family) business are consolidated under one name. However, our service and people remain unchanged, dedicated to our customers.
