• Logistics considerations: If transport to venues is crucial, the 600 x 400 mm basket format is optimal. Pallets, transport trolleys, and roll containers are designed for this Euro-standard size. However, when purchasing a dishwasher, ensure that it is compatible with the 600 x 400 mm format.
• For internal use, depending on the available space and dishwasher, the 400 x 400 mm and 500 x 500 mm basket formats are good options.

Our dishwashing baskets are available in 400 x 400 mm, 500 x 500 mm, and 600 x 400 mm sizes. You can also order glass crates in the 600 x 400 mm size.

Material and Cleaning Results

Our dishwashing baskets are made from PP (polypropylene), a material resistant to high temperatures and common cleaning agents and chemicals. Thanks to the open structure, washing water and drying air have optimal access to glasses and dishes, resulting in better cleaning than traditional dishwashing baskets. This open structure, combined with the use of osmosis water in professional dishwashers, ensures a shiny finish without the need for additional polishing.

Printing of Dishwashing Baskets with Your Company Name and Logo

Before the baskets are custom-made, we can print them with your company name or logo. The printing is done using hot stamping.

• Company Name: We print a standard 15 mm high company name using color foil. The print is single-colored, and the number of available colors is limited.
• Logo: For logos, we create a design using a fixed stamp plate, which can include a special font or logo. The print is also single-colored with color foil.

   • Company names are printed with a standard font at 15 mm height.
