Plastic pallet TC1-DUO – 1550 x 1200 mm – with 7 mm rims – 5 pallet runners

Plastic large-format pallet (1550 x 1200 x H 160 mm), type TC1-DUO – food-safe. Based on two TC1 pallets, which are then sustainably welded together. Equipped with 5 pallet runners lengthwise, underside with closed blocks. The top and bottom deck of the TC1-DUO are completely smooth and closed, without external rib structures, with 7 mm rims all around. Static load capacity is 7500 kg, dynamic load capacity 1500 kg. Maximum dynamic load of 1500 kg with evenly distributed load and a wide forklift tine position. Various organisations use large-format pallets to their full satisfaction.

The dimensions of custom-made pallets are aligned with the customer’s requirements as much as possible. However, the existing pallet construction is decisive for the welding work. As a result, the achievable dimensions may deviate by a few centimetres.
